To upload fragments you need to install the Firefox extension. If done so, just right click on an image to upload it to select-arrange. For text fragments you need to select the text first and then right click into the selection to upload text to select-arrange.

First you need to create a new project. Into a project you can put some of your collected fragments. Just drag and drop them into your project. After you arranged all the fragments you may save the project and press 'Generate PDF'. Voila.
